Make Mushroom Mozzarella Pizza
1. Pre Heat your OvenPlus to 500°F/ 250°C.
2. Grill the pizza crust for 1 min at the bottom to unfreeze it.
3. Put the mushroom slices, mozzarella, and whatever you like on the pizza crust.
4. Grill another 1.5 mins at the bottom, then move to the top and bake it for 15 sec. (On the pizza stone)

Make Mushroom Mozzarella Pizza
1. Pre Heat your OvenPlus to 500°F/ 250°C.
2. Grill the pizza crust for 1 min at the bottom to unfreeze it.
3. Put the mushroom slices, mozzarella, and whatever you like on the pizza crust.
4. Grill another 1.5 mins at the bottom, then move to the top and bake it for 15 sec. (On the pizza stone)
Grill Honey Pork Ribs
1. In a small bowl whisk together the ribs, honey, and any spices you like.
2. Pre Heat your OvenPlus to 500°F/ 250°C.
3. Place them on the bottom part of your OvenPlus and grill them for 8 mins.
4. Flip the ribs after 4 mins and grill for another 4 mins. Sqeeze some lemon juice for added flavor!

4. Cut the chicken into strips and fill each pita half with chicken, avocados, tomatoes, onion, and cheese; drizzle with sauce.

What are the benefits of top-down grilling? Does the steak taste better than traditional grills?
Top-down grilling is easier and safer compared to traditional grilling. It eliminates flare-ups that can ruin your food, evenly distributes heat without hot/cold spots, and prevents meat from sticking to the grate.

OvenPlus's total cooking area is 275.6 sq. inches. The grid can accommodate 8 pieces of chicken, 6 burger patties, or 8 New York steaks at a time. Additionally, the upper ceramic pizza tray can accommodate a 12-inch pizza.
